Trading in her engineering degree for a passion for health and fitness, Ms. Tess brings her extensive experience as a personal trainer to her fun and challenging classes.
She serves as the school’s operations manager and brings an abundance of energy every time she steps on the mat to teach.
As a business owner and a female martial artist, Ms. Tess is passionate about empowering women through the life-changing benefits of martial arts.
Dayo Odesanya

IT guy turned movie stuntman, turned martial arts instructor.
Master Dayo began his journey in his early teens, and enjoyed a career path that allowed him to train in a variety of martial arts disciplines – even earning black belt ranks in a couple.
He was forced into early retirement from competition due to injury, but wouldn’t give up martial arts.
He continues to devoted himself to the school and his students, sharing first-hand experience of the transformative power of martial arts.
